Body Mechanics Announced New Yoga Class

(Press Release) – June 28, 2013 – Body Mechanics’ is pleased to announce a new Hatha Yoga class has arrived! Hatha Yoga is based on the ancient form of movement that promotes balance, flexibility, strength and relaxation through various asanas (postures) and breathing techniques. This style of Yoga tends to hold postures longer with the emphasis placed on breathing as well as body awareness. Hatha yoga allows one to calm the mind, body and soul for a total mind-body connection and is a great style for beginners. So don’t believe all the “meatheads”. Yoga is an intense workout that can add years to your life, strengthen your muscles, relieve stress, and improve your flexibility.
Classes are on Tuesdays at 6:00 a.m. with our newest instructor, Lara.
