In the Body Mechanics Boxing program, your will receive strength and plyometric training to improve your overall conditioning. Strength training utilizes resistance exercises involving weights that improve overall strength with that focuses on speed strength. Plyometric training consist of exercises calculated to enhance starting speed, acceleration and power.

Fitness Boxing Program

Next, you will get right into boxing and kickboxing combinations on the bag, mixed with calisthenics exercises. At the end of the hour will be matwork, from working your abs to stretching out.
