Our members learn very quickly that this Club belongs to them!

We are very responsive to members' needs and we welcome suggestions on different types of classes you may want to try.
We currently have classes in: hiphop, pilates, bellydancing, zumba, kickboxing, yoga, stretching, special classes for abs and core development.
We'll have guest speakers to discuss healthy nutrition and topics specific to different member interests. For example, we may have a nutritionist explain the glycemic index to help members understand how their diet affects their bodies and a sports fitness expert give instruction on conditioning. |
