Try one of Body Mechanics’ group exercise classes and get a dose of high energy and motivation you need from working out with a group. Body Mechanics’ energetic classes are a fun and challenging alternative to weight and treadmill routines.
Our group exercise class line-up features classes in strength training, cardio, core, balance, flexibility and relaxation with classes for all ages, abilities and interests. Kick your way to a tighter body with a Step & Sculpt or BootCamp class. Tone the body and tune the mind with a Yoga or Pilates class. Dance the pounds away in a Zumba or Belly dancing class. With so many different class styles—from belly dancing to boxing, Body Mechanics has a class that will grab your interest.
Our group exercise instructors are all highly experienced, and will help you not only have fun working out but make sure you do it with proper form and technique. Most fitness classes are free with your gym membership and all exercise classes are designed to help you reach your own personal fitness goals in a fun and energizing environment.
