Belly Dancing

Belly dancing is a great workout for your entire body, and you’ll really work up a sweat! Major muscle groups that get used in belly dance are the core muscles, arms and your adductors (inner thighs) while moving our hips in a number of ways.

Boxing Boot Camp

A non-stop total body workout using boxing fundamentals and techniques from a traditional boxing regiment, while providing a phenomenal cardiovascular workout. You will learn how to perform the perfect jab, hook, uppercut and power punch, while getting fit at the same time!


A workout designed to develop core strength and coordination through a series of movements on a mat. It strengthens the inner core muscles while increasing your flexibility and balance. Participants will enjoy improvement in posture and overall toning. Great for all levels.

Senior Chair Yoga

Yoga is a form of exercise that adapts to your needs and abilities that it can be done even by Senior Citizens. It makes your body fitter and the mind calmer. This class is designed to enhance vitality and a sense of well being, while gaining improved flexibility, balance, strength and posture.
