The more we know about you, the more you will get out of each training session and the faster you will reach your fitness goals. We offer 30 and 60-minute, one on one sessions. The fitness professionals at Body Mechanics will be with you every step of the way to provide guidance and motivation. Invest in your health and watch the amazing transformation begin!
Our packages are geared to your fitness level and afterward you will have a better understanding of how to make the most of your time at Body Mechanics.
Training Session Packages
The three, 30-minute Introductory Package is designed to show you the best use of all of the equipment the fitness center has to offer and how to increase the success of your workouts.
SESSION ONE – An introduction to the resistance training where you will get familiar with cardio equipment and learn appropriate flexibility techniques.
SESSION TWO – To introduce you to advanced resistance training techniques using weight machines and free weights the understanding of how both types of equipment are necessary in your resistance training.
SESSION THREE – To introduce you to advanced resistance training techniques using weight machines and free weights the understanding of how both types of equipment are necessary in your resistance training.
People usually continue on with personal training after they see the benefits with the Intro Package.
Single or 3 Sessions:
A single or 3 sessions are often used by people who are advanced in their fitness goals, but need a boost, a change of direction, or inspiration. If you want help keeping your fitness routine on track or you need some creativity developing a plan to follow on your own, these training options are for you.
- Single Session – Used at time of purchase or schedule appointment time
- 3 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 10 days
6 or 9 Sessions:
If you want to give your health and fitness a jump start, these package are for you. You will be on your way to looking and feeling healthier in no time! Members enjoy a price break on packages of six or nine, 1-on-1 sessions with a Body Mechanics Personal Trainer.
- 6 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 21 days
- 9 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 35 days
12 or 20 Sessions:
12 or 20 Session packages really provide the instruction and guidance that individuals need to achieve their fitness and weight loss goals. Your relationship with your trainer will help you to grow as you gain from their expert knowledge base. Members enjoy a price break on packages of twelve or twenty, 1-on-1 sessions with a Body Mechanics Personal Trainer.
- 12 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 45 days
- 20 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 60 days
30, 50 or 100 Sessions:
Studies show that enduring, healthy habits are cultivated by consistency. These packages are ideal for those wishing to form a habit and establish a well-rounded fitness program, or for those not motivated to get into the gym on their own. Watch yourself transform into a healthier new you! Members enjoy a price break on packages of 30, 50 or 100, 1-on-1 sessions with a Body Mechanics Personal Trainer.
- 30 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 90 days
- 50 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 120 days
- 100 Sessions – Sessions must be used within 160 days
Small Group Training
Small group training provides a whole new dimension to your exercise regime. This is done in groups of 2, 3, or 4 people which allows for some friendly competition and motivation. They are a fun and affordable way to receive some personal training. Our certified personal trainers have created programs with up to 4 participants which allows for plenty of one on one contact with the trainer. There are separate fees depending on the number in your group and are not included in your membership dues.
