Body Mechanics serves the seniors in their community with the SilverSneakers® fitness program. Seniors enjoy improved health and quality of life with our programs. Silver Sneakers® Program
Body Mechanics is an active participate in the SilverSneakers® Fitness Program. SilverSneakers® is an innovative health, exercise and wellness program helping older adults live healthy, active lifestyles. SilverSneakers® group exercise classes offer you the greatest opportunity to meet your health and fitness goals. Our classes are designed especially for older adults and taught by trained, certified instructors.

- SilverSneakers® - Cardio
Crank up the cardio! Get up & Go with an aerobics class that’s safe, heart-healthy and gentle on the joints. The workout includes easy-to-follow low-impact movement, and upper-body strength, abdominal conditioning, stretching and relaxation exercises designed to energize your active lifestyle.
- SilverSneakers® - Classic
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Improve your posture and balance through weight training and achieve better coordination and agility.
- SilverSneakers® - Circuit
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance. Body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing, and a ball for wrists, hands and fingers is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography.
- SilverSneakers® – Introductory Circuit
If you are looking for an innovative twist on cardio & flexibility training, look no further! This fascinating class will give you a sampling of SilverSneakers® Cardio, Circuit, and Yoga as well as some Classic Senior Cardio and Senior Pilates.
